Hypnosis is a powerful therapeutic tool whose uses are virtually limitless. Its efficacy in quitting smoking, treating phobias and pain relief are well-known, but it can also overcome a fear of public speaking, improve performance in the boardroom or on the playing field, or even prevent blushing. Many problematic behaviours can be resolved with a single session, and these are some of the issues Zoe has successfully addressed with clients.

Under hypnosis, a natural, relaxing, highly focused mental state, Zoe can help you gently, quickly and effectively to take control of your mental processes and optimise your potential.

Without knowing or realising it, we drift in and out of degrees of hypnosis – relaxed, hyper-aware states of meditative concentration – many times every day, engrossed in a book, zoning out in a meeting, or just daydreaming. Zoe guides clients to a deep, focused hypnotic state which allows them to harness the their own profound potential. Experienced both as deeply refreshing sleep and relaxed attentiveness, hypnosis accesses a privileged state of rapport with the unconscious, the controlling intelligence governing our emotional beliefs and behavioural strategies as well as a mostly untapped source of transformative power.

Hypnosis was endorsed in 1955 in medical school education by the British Medical Association and is today used by doctors, surgeons, dentists, psychologists, hypno-therapists and other health practitioners. Recent advances have allowed researchers to observe that the brain operates at a dramatically different frequency – alpha wavelength – when in a hypnotic state, and as the medical profession becomes increasingly convinced of hypnosis’ therapeutic benefits, more and more patients are being referred on for hypnotherapy.
